OCTOPUS Project

The MISE Octopus project (F/190133/01-03/X44)  aims at exploiting trains equipped with high-precision sensors to verify the status of railway tracks. The project will compare different approaches for anomaly detection to investigate potential solutions to the problem of efficient monitoring of the railway infrastructure.

The partners include Innovative Vibration Monitoring (IVM S.r.l), leading the consortium, the University of Naples Federico II (URBAN/ECO) and Texplora S.r.l. The project leader is Giovanni Mannara (IVM S.r.l).

The project website is not yet available and will be linked here as soon as it is put online. Please contact the URBAN/ECO unit leader prof. Sergio Di Martino (sergio.dimartino@unina.it) for further information.
